AMIR SIDDIQUI, P.E.
Amir Siddiqui, President and CEO of SIMCO, has over 28 years of professional experience in the construction industry. He is a licensed professional engineer in the State of New York and Connecticut with considerable experience supervising various infrastructure construction projects ranging from highway construction and rehabilitation to sewer installation and railroad construction. He also has extensive knowledge in the design, implementation, and inspection of Work Zone Traffic Control (WZTC) plans according to the federal Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) and New York State Supplement. He graduated from NED University of Engineering and Technology with a B.S. in Civil Engineering.
SUBI CHAKRABORTI, P.E.

Subi Chakraborti has over 28 years of experience with NYSDOT, including serving as a Regional Director for 10 years. Subi brings his broad technical knowledge and management experience in transportation planning, design, environmental, construction, traffic and safety, maintenance, operations, and airport management. He also worked as a consultant before joining NYSDOT. Subi’s leadership reinforces SIMCO’s commitment to quality and dedicated service for clients.
WARREN MICHELSEN, P.E., PTOE

Warren Michelsen is a graduate of the University of Delaware with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. He has over 16 years of experience in designing and managing numerous traffic engineering projects throughout the New York and New Jersey. His experience includes traffic signal design, traffic planning, traffic impact studies, maintenance and protection of traffic, traffic control devices, value engineering, crash and safety analyses, and design of roadside appurtenances.

VICE PRESIDENT - TRANSPORTATION PLANNING
Michael Monteleone serves as the Vice President of Transportation Planning. He is AICP certified and a Professional Planner in the State of New Jersey. He received his Master’s Degree in Urban Planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. His professional experience includes 31 years in the transportation planning field in the New York metropolitan region. He has managed traffic impact, corridor, pedestrian, parking, safety, and transit studies for a variety of clients, including PANYNJ, NYCDOT, NYSDOT, NYCT, DASNY, NYMTC, and NJDOT.

Howard Chynsky brings 33 years of leadership experience in transportation and infrastructure to SIMCO. Most recently, he served as Vice President at a major engineering and construction management firm. He has scaled business development ventures up to the national arena, negotiated teaming arrangements, and represented the firm in public-sector and industry organizations. Howard’s multi-faceted career also includes senior level positions with MTA NYC Transit and LIRR. Howard holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and an MPA from NYU’s Wagner School of Public Service.

Anna Fu has over 20 years of experience in construction and asset management, environmental design and sustainable development for schools, residential and commercial buildings, and public and private infrastructure in the tri-state area. She provides exceptional and dependable services and engages project stakeholders within a collaborative team environment. Her approach optimizes available resources and incorporates long-term considerations of environmental and social benefits to maximize investment value and product life-cycles. She graduated from NYC College of Technology with degrees in Civil Engineering Technology and Facilities Management. She also holds an M.S. in Construction Administration from Columbia University.

GERARD SOFFIAN, P.E.EXTERNAL BOARD MEMBERMr. Soffian is formerly the Deputy Commissioner for Traffic Operations at NYC Department of Transportation. Earlier in his career, he was an Environmental Engineer with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region II. Mr. Soffian is the recipient of numerous awards, including the 2013 Leon Goodman Distinguished Member, Institute of Transportation Engineers, Metropolitan Section of NY & NJ, and the author of numerous professional articles. He is currently an Adjunct Professor at New York University Tandon School of Engineering, Department of Civil and Urban Engineering.←
